Placer County opened the newly completed Foothill Blvd. North, allowing direct access from Sunset Blvd. to Athens Avenue, in the Sunset Industrial Area of Placer County. AES prepared an Environmental Impact Report on the 2.5 mile 2-lane roadway and bridge project to comply with the Callifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
